Glory Through Time, Vol. 2
Glory Through Time, Vol. 2 examines the persistent pattern of revival as divine intervention by Jesus in the affairs of nations. Building on Volume One, it highlights how God reshapes history through prayer, prophetic voices, and confronting societal sin, all while advancing His Kingdom. This timely narrative offers insights into past awakenings to help us prepare for what may come next as God continues His mission to “restore all things”.

About the Book
Unfortunately, the Church of the Middle Ages decided to advance the Gospel by amassing worldly power and wealth, rather than by the power of the Holy Spirit. The result? Corruption! “Power tends to corrupt. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
Five hundred years ago, Jesus intervened to call His people back to rely on the Holy Spirit. Beginning in Scotland, Jesus began to bestow “times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord” (Acts 3:19-20). This was a hard sell at first. A corrupt church did not take kindly to the presence of the King in their midst! But God kept bestowing these seasons, again and again. Jesus refused to give up on His Church.
Today, many people call these seasons “Revivals” or “Great Awakenings.” During these times the power and presence of the Triune God re-emerges, reawakening large numbers of people to Jesus’ New Covenant. Revivals are not church programs. They are sovereign acts of God having mercy on nations that have lost their way.
In Glory Through Time, Volume Two, I am privileged to tell the story of these seasons of Revival during the last 500 years, as they have increased in scope all around the world. I believe God assigned me this task because He is about to bestow on us another of these seasons, leading to the soon-coming return of King Jesus to “restore all things” (Acts 3:20-21).
